Returns & Exchanges


You have the right to return any product(s) you have purchased within 30 days of receiving the item.

Products purchased at a retail store must be returned to that specific store.

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a return and full refund to be made; product(s) cannot be returned in a local retail store.

The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact – and still in the same new condition as when received. If the customer use the right to return an order, he/she should use the return form that comes with the product delivery. Return costs are covered by Carl Edmond.

All approved refunds will get processed within 14 days of arrival to our warehouse. Bear in mind that the bank transfer might take a couple of banking days to be visible in your account. Please contact our Customer Service if you have not received the refund within 20 days.

If the customer lives in a geographical area where the national postal service does not offer returns, the customer may be obliged to pay for the return costs. If an item is damaged during freight, Carl Edmond should be contacted within 30 days for information about compensation.

Carl Edmond does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
